Dear Leslie,

I miss you because my sister misses you. Even though Stacy and I are sisters by blood, you and her are sisters by soul. When Cystic Fibrosis took you away from this earth, you left a little bit of "Leslie" in all of us. And although you are still with us in spirit, I cannot bear to watch my sister lose another friend.

I. Just. Can't.

My brave sister has taken on the impressive goal of raising $100,000 for Cystic Fibrosis in your memory. But can she do it? Can WE do it?

I'm going to need a little help from my friends. They know that my family fights every day for a future when people with CF can breathe easier. A day when they don't have to take 40 pills in the morning, multiple breathing treatments, and hour long mucus-pounding therapies. A day when they don't suffer from digestive problems, lung transplants, and fear that they won't live another 10 years.

Leslie, we are so close. Did you know that soon after you passed away, a 'cure' was found for 5% of CF patients? It is only a matter of time and money until we can make CF stand for "Cure Found" for EVERYONE who suffers from this disease!

I am determined to help Stacy get to her goal of $100,000 for Cystic Fibrosis this year!
So I am going to dress up, get goofy - and let my friends DARE me to do the craziest things to raise money!
