I'm doing a crazy dare to raise the money we need to open New Work City's brand new space.

NYC needs a place where people can gather to do amazing things together. Our new space will give us the ability to do coworking bigger and better, but it will also be a home for meetups, classes, workshops, hackathons, art installations, and all sorts of things we haven't thought of yet.

By doing this ourselves and having the community come together to make it all happen, we're guaranteeing that what we build is something that we can all use and enjoy. Without outside influence, we'll be free to develop a community center that truly acts in everyone's interests.

That's good for everyone. As more and more people make a living building things they care about, we'll all feel more encouraged to do the same. That breeds not just economic growth, but a happier people. Our mission is to facilitate that.
