Austin Center for Design is a one year program for designers to figure out to use their skills to help people in need.
Their goal is to bring some creativity and new thinking to hard social problems like homelessness, poverty, education, and healthcare.
The Center is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit and it's inaugural class is this fall. (I'll be attending!)
Money will go given to the school and disbursed to students needing financial support.
